Pipe relocation - Handyman wanted

I need a cold water hose (feeding an outside tap) extending and slightly relocating. It runs along above a door, I need to raise the height of lintel but the pipe is in the way. Pipe is flexible, not copper. Someone with plumbing and building knowledge would be ideal. Cheers
