Slow running tap, loose tap

One tap is running very slowly and makes a noise, another tap is loose and wobbling. Need someone to call in and fix these please! Note these are in 2 separate units on the same site. I potentially have a larger job to replace pipes under the house (easy access) as they keep splitting and leaking. If you're interested I ab give details for you to look while fixing the taps.

Gaby replied quickly, all communication was professional and completed the work needed to a high standard. We have already called her back for another repair and will certainly use her again in the future!
