The ceiling has been patched in two places, and a new shower installed. I need the plastering done ready for painting.

Pena has been really good. Quality looks great so far, although ceiling yet to be painted. I have since negotiated a further job painting details to wash house, kitchen and bathroom, this is underway and I am happy with this so far too. In all likelihood he will go on to finish paint the lounge area.
