Need a large hole patched and paint matched

I put a hole in my wall and ive made a mess of the repair. I think i need a pro to just cut out a whole chunk and replace and match paint instead of just filling the thing. Also matching paint has been a nightmare. Its not pure white, but its whiter than the next posible test pot option so ive been trying to dilute pure white just enough to get it right. Ive only made the problem area bigger and i just need to admit defeat and get a pro in. Im sure for any competent buolder this is a 1 hour...
