Repair plastering of a bathroom ceiling, several patches, was made worse when leaked a couple of years ago (roof since replaced). If possible, some rubber-type moulding around a large mirror attached to a wall has slipped down and would be best replaced. These jobs need not be of the highest quality, but good for 2 to 3 years. Many would go straight to a total bathroom replacement.
