Entrance hall ceiling and wall re-gib, plastering, painting

After a water leak we replaced the pipes and there are now two small holes on the wall and several holes in the ceiling. The job includes the entire ceiling gib of the entrance hall to be taken down and re-insulated with new insulation material, preserving the coving. Then plastered, sanded and painted. The pink bat is to be provided. The two wall holes to be repaired, sanded and painted with matching colour paint than the rest of the walls (pale beige).
