Plastering Repair

We are wanting to repaint a bedroom or potentially two depending on cost of plaster repair. We will be painting ourselves. The joins in plaster have been poorly gib stopped previously and house relocated. From what we can see the joins need dug out and re gib stopped/skim coated. New carpet is going down in these rooms late January. So job needs to be done by mid January at latest so we can then paint.

Fire removed and the wall / ceiling needs plastering : small job

we had a wood burner removed and it had a brick panel away from the wall but behind the fire. now it is gone we have old wallpaper and rough finish. It needs a smooth coat so I can wall paper. ( or you can :-)) also a patch on the ceiling where the flue went needs plastering.

Shower coving

Supply and fit coving above a 900mm x 900mm alcove shower, the gib below it also needs stopping. Shower cubicle is in but is not yet connected.

Exterior plaster required

House lot of windows and doors have been replaced with aluminum. The exterior plaster around them needs to be sealed and plastered it is a 1950s home with rough cut exterior plaster. Please note that images shown are not all of them. Will need a visual inspection.

Install Coving into 1 bedroom, 1 laundry and the hallway

Im in need of someone to do my coving in our 1 of our bedrooms, new laundry and the hallway due to my current installer pulling out with covid. I already have the coving so just need it installed. Bedroom is approx: 2.6m x 4.0m Laundry is approx: 1.5m x 2.4m Hallway is in 2 sections: 1m x 4m and 2m x 1.4m Hoping to achieve this around the end of next week so it doesnt delay us to much.

Single wall - cover over brick tiles

Want to cover over tiles with gib boad and plastered over so flush with wall around it. There is 18mm gap from tile fronts to wall as seen in photo. Both sides to be done.

Ceiling skim coat - whole house

Stipple ceiling has been removed due asbestos. House has been cleared and has a clean bill of health. All ceiling need skim coat to allow for painting. Some walls need touch up also. Approx 200m² of ceilings need doing. Starting mid to end June

Small tidy up job less the 2sq m

We had a kitchen reno done and need the walls fixed so we can paint and have the upstand go in. it is a small job to tidy up and even up where the new gib meets the old gib. Also where light sockets have gone in need tidying . It is holding up finishing the kitchen.

Office, hall and toilet area

We have an existing area that has had new wall framed up - there are three spaces, a single toilet, a hallway/milk vending machine area and an office. The area is fully lined and ready for plastering. The area has had flooring installed so floor protection would be required. We are eager to have this completed in the next few weeks.

We r changing all our timber windows and doors. Our exterior is rough cast almost like concrete. House is 1950s the gabs that the aluminium will not cover will need to be plastered.
