Bedroom plaster repair and skim

I have a lath and plaster room that has plenty of cracks and damage, but for the most part the plaster is sound. Room is approx 6m x 4.3m with 3.3m stud height. I'd like the damaged and missing sections of plaster filled/patched with gib as needed. The fireplace should be closed up and plastered. The walls need to be prepped and skim coated (fibafuse or similar may be required) ready for painting. Skirtings, trim, painting not required.

Can highly recommend Karen. She did a perfect job of plastering and patching my old room ready for me to paint. The finish was to a really high standard. Karen was excellent to work with, friendly, and on time. Will certainly get her back for more work if it arises.
