Repair bedroom wall plaster

The original stippled plaster finish has been covered with a skim coat of plaster at least 10 years ago. At some stage there has been some water ingress to this area, probably from a blocked gutter. Everything is dry now and has been for several years, however, the paint and some of the plaster skim coat Has become detached from the original stippled plaster. We have removed the loose plaster in two places as shown on the photos. We have feathered the edge of the remaining plaster to allow a good bond for new plaster. We need a plasterer to apply new skim coat plaster in two locations as shown on the photos.
