Wall repair

Need a small approx 20x20cm indentation in the toilet wall repaired. The indentation has a crack across the middle of it, so the section of board may need replaced/replastered I'm not entirely sure. Would be interested in having the section repainted too depending on cost/timeframe

Lounge ceiling plaster touch up and repaint.

We had some rain get into the roof cavity and it has lifted the plaster tape across the join in the gib (not sure what technical term is) on our lounge ceiling. I think the gib is OK. The tape needs replacing, some plastering over the top and then the ceiling repainted so we need a plasterer/painter. Lounge ceiling is about 5x4m thereabouts for painting, the tape/plaster repair is in 2 joins.

Ceiling repair

Ceiling in lounge is water damaged due to cracked tiles on roof. Tiles have been repaired. We need to remove broken gib in ceiling and replace with a new sheet (2 if needed), frame around hole cut to take new sheet(s) Paint and Plaster areas where gibbing done.
