I have a 3 bedroom house. The kitchen laundry and bathroom has new GIB and the rest of the house needs to be skimmed. Ready for plastering to start in 1-2 weeks. Walls only. Looking at options for a small amount of coving too. Exisisting walls have had wallpaper removed and will pigment seal so just needs to be skimmed and sanded.
