Small Skim/Plaster Repair

Small skim/repair on garage ceiling. The first photo shows the whole area of the work, but the whole of that area does not need repairing, just certain areas. I think most will be skim repair? Photos 2 , 4. and 6? Photos 3 and 5 (same area) probably a plaster repair?

Ceiling cornice was removed in order to install wall panels on 2 x adjacent walls. A plaster cover up and repaint is now needed to restore condition back to the original standard. The paint colour is Resene Flat White Repair area is approx 1.5m wide on one wall and 1m on the other.

Looking to get the joins stripped out (looks like interior plaster and tape was used) and redone by someone who has experience in fibrolite external plaster joins and will use the correct product.

Gib tape repair in celing joint

Gib joint tape in ceiling has come loose and needs repair adajcent to fireplace in lounge. House is 5 years old. Complete repair to be ready for painting. I will do the painting. The loose tape length is no more than 2m. Ceiling is coved and high stud 3m. Photo attached. A quote is preferred, but can accept an hourly rate. I look forward to hearing from you. You know that "the guy tried to do it himself" moment? Yup. Fail. OK, so I have a ceiling to fix. I now have a large portion of my kitchen ceiling that needs fixing. There's also two downlight holes to patch. I installed spome LED track lighting. It destabilised the gib, because I cut right through and nows there's cracks and such. Really, you need to have a look first. It's not super major, but it's beyond my limited ability.
