Gib and plaster

Re-gibbing and plastering two areas in our house. Photos one and two show the bottom of a cupboard over our stairs. We need gib board put up around the sides, and on the bottom of the cupboard. Then we would like the gib plastered. We will do the sealing and painting ourselves. Photos three and four show problem areas in our lounge ceiling. Photo three shows problems around the fireplace. We need this repaired and ready for sealing and painting. Photo four shows the location of a leak. We need the gib replaced, plastered and ready for sealing and painting.
