Gibstopping and skimcoating.

I've replaced old ceiling with new plasterboard and would like someone to gibstop it. 21.4m2 Also, we have removed wallpaper and would like to have it skimcoated. 42m2 We will seal and sand the walls before skimming, but could use some guidance on what product to use for sealing. There are several doors in the rooms (see red highlighted map) these are not added to the square meterage calculated.
