Plaster and paint a villa entrance lobby

Small entrance hallway about 2.5 x 4.3m. The top metre of wall above the panelling was papered, it needs to be plastered to paint quality and then painted. Prefer to give the job to one guy or one company who can do both plastering and painting. I have another similar job in a commercial building to remediate water damage if this job works out ok.

Small plastering repair near chimney leak
