Plastering and Painting required

I have a single-sized bedroom that needs plastering on one wall to repair holes made by an electrician. I tried to do a couple of these myself, but they are not quite flat, and it needs someone who, unlike me, knows what they are doing! I also want the walls painted Resene Alabaster. I have almost 4 litres so that should be enough. One of the bedroom walls has windows covering half of the area.

Plaster repairs and paint

The ceiling in the dining room, lounge and hallway has ornate old cornicing. Currently, it is painted but it's cracking and coming off. I have tried to remove it, but it is not easy to come off. Wondering if there is a trade that can do this and repair the cornicing and ceiling where needed for painting. Happy to get a quote for just the paint removal and repairs for cornicing and ceiling as well as repaint entire rooms (walls, wooden windows and ceiling. thanks
