We've just had a plumber come through to repair a leak from our bathtub which had been dripping onto the GIB ceiling. The hole made for plumbing repairs is approximately 400 x 350 mm but will need to be cut back some more to remove all existing mouldy GIB. Ceiling paint is hi-op ceiling flat.
