Repair cracks in plaster ready for repaint

The house slab has sunk, so we are getting it re-leveled by MainMark. This will likely add a few more cracks to the ones already present (caused when the slab settled). Job size not known till slab has been fixed. These cracks need to be repaired and then the living room repainted (refer separate "re-paint job"). The slab is being lifted first week in July, so looking to have the plastering job done about the 8th July.

The job we had required flexibility as the full extent of the work required was not known until some previous work had been completed. Lloyd was very willing to be flexible and once the site was ready, he re-assessed what was required of him and we agreed the changes work specifications. He then did an excellent job with the repair of the plastering and subsequent painting.
