Repair hole in wall + minor scuffs/paint work

I have a knee sized hole in the wall (wish there was a better story behind it) - it's not that big (see pics) I have paint that can be used once repaired. Also at the same time, have a few minor scuffs around the house that could be tidied up (see pics) the house has two tones of paint and I have both. Keen for a quote to have the hole fixed, and painted and maybe an hour or so of random touch ups ...
