Remove section of skirting carefully as needed to go back on Cut out 1.2m wide section of wall lining below the ceiling line Remove the wet insulation and pocket the framing with building paper and install new insulation Line with Gib plasterboard and plaster ready for sealing Seal new plaster and Gib Wallpaper section to match Paint two walls to match Exterior of wall wash area affected Leave site clean
