Gib stopping work

Our garage was damaged in the cyclone earlier in the year so we have had to remove the gib from the lower half of the walls to allow them to dry properly. We have now replace the gib and decided to also add in a couple of walls to convert it to a bedroom with wall in wardrobe and new entrance hallway so we are looking for a quote to have the gib stopping done and a couple of small other areas plastered where holes had been cut for wiring etc.
