I have tenant damage in my investment property and I need a good plasterer to come and patch up a hole and a dent. Can I please have a quote for each thing individually as the Tenant is disputing the damage.

John exceeded our expectations! He did an incredible job and even did little touch ups around the house for only $50!! We couldn't be happier with the finished product or the service we received. We will be using him from now on for any touch ups or jib stopping we need done. If I could just get a invoice for Tenancy Tribunal purposes that would be great :)
