Small hole patch required

We have a small hole (approx 150 x 150mm) that needs patching and plastering. Hole is located in the hallway and was cut by plumber to access and repair a shower leak. Property is tenanted. Painting not required.

Fix persistent crack in ceiling between gib sheets

I have a crack in my ceiling plaster, it perfectly follows the gib sheet line (not a structural crack) - I have tried sanding and plastering it myself a couple of times but its opened up again. Its not a big one, but enough to look ugly on a nicely painted ceiling. I need a solution which will stop it opening again, so I can paint over it and look nice
