Roof plaster finishing over old holes

Looking to get a plasterer to do the final plaster coating over patches in our ceiling that have had an initial plaster coat. The patches are over holes from old HRV outlets and old light fittings. There are 14 patches of varying sizes. Also need some new plaster board put in above a replaced switchboard in the ceiling and a couple of other small holes in walls repaired. Wanting to get this all done prior to repainting the house. Please provide a per hour rate and approx duration. Can be done at any times.
