Scrape, skim and paint ~65m2 stippled ceiling

Ceiling in lounge, kitchen and dining area was repaired post-quake with gap fill but cracks have reappeared. EQC have paid out for scrape, skim and paint (no re-stipple required). Area is roughly 35m2 for kitchen/dining and 28m2 for lounge. There's also a half-height column in the bay window which we'd like included for consistent finish. No immediate rush to get the job done - we've bought another house and will be moving over the next few weeks. We can wait until we've fully moved out so you have more space to work around, just trying to get idea of cost now.

Niall did an awesome job - high quality, stuck to his quoted price and on time. was also great at keeping us updated on progress and anything that needed our input as we weren't at home during the works. highly recommended!
