Water damage where ceiling meets the wall from balcony above (the cause of the leak has been fixed by a builder). Need someone to check no internal damage (maybe make a small hole) and then re-plaster and repaint the area. Preferably colour match and repaint as little of the room as possible. Needs plastering and painting.
