Interior plastering & painting

There is a small amount of plaster and paint required in a warehouse at St Lukes, with paint to match existing (standard colour spec can be provided) and a separate quote for painting the roof. The areas to be looked at for a price are shown in the attached photos: • Photos 1 and 2 - Strip of Gib in the warehouse (on the other side of the toilet wall) running under the bench on the outside wall to the fire hose to be plastered and painted. • Photos 3, 4, & 5 - Gib behind toilet and strip of Gib in toilet wall and under the basin to be plastered and painted • Photos 7& 8 - bare wood finish to step into shower and bare wood trim around window in shower (may also be one short piece of skirting or architrave to be done also but this will be obvious when you look at it) • Don’t know whether the roof needs painting or not. If it does, please send photos and a separate quote for this.
