Cement board fence fix & alter

I have a fence which seems to be cement board on a timber frame. The rocks leaning against the wall has damaged the cement panel and needs to be replaced (maybe painted). This is the fix. The fence is also attached to the plaster house which could cause moisture issues so I would like to create a 5mm gap between the fence and the house. This is the alteration.
