Plastering and touch ups for two bedrooms

We have two bedrooms that require plastering: 1. First room - master bedroom and has new gib installed on two walls, and old gib on the other two walls where we've taken it back to the original gib by stripping the wall paper. 2. Second room - bedroom we're we've already plastered and painted it but it's not giving a good finish and needs to be corrected (we over sanded a bit). We need someone who can come and do the job swiftly, i.e. ideally in the next 1.5 weeks. Note - photos shown are only off the master bedroom.
