Patch repair of ceiling hole

Hi there, We are looking for free, no obligation quotes for someone to patch repair a hole in a bedroom ceiling/hallway. We have already received a rough indication of the problem- rainwater is getting into the crawl space from the roof. We are not in a position to do a full repair at the moment. We would like someone to find and patch the holes from the crawl space and paint and plaster the areas. We would ideally like someone who can do all of these things.
