Repair to Bathroom Gib and Skirting

We have had a leaking shower fixed and need the small damaged areas near the bottom corners of the shower removed, repaired, plastered and painted. The water has leaked into the skirting too, and should be replaced and painted, and the gap between skirting and lino siliconed.
