ground floor GIB damaged by flood. New GIB will be installed at 600mm height from the floor. This is a whole house ground floor plastering work, need the job done at professional level 4. total length of new GIB joint is around 60m. you will also need to plastering the new corners to meet the old corner plaster. make sure the are perfectly smooth.
