Gib cove replacement approx. 2.7m in kitchen

We have two sections of our kitchen where the cove/cornice was removed to put in new cabinets adjacent. Please see photos - the one above the door is approx 1m and one end finishes at a cupboard that opens right against the wall. I’m not sure if the cove can be replaced here because of the cupboard or it just needs to be tidied up. The one above the window is approx 1.7m and I’d like cove replaced to match the rest of the kitchen. We kept lengths of the old cove, ideally we will be able to use this but can get new if need be. We’d like it completed to a standard that we can then paint. Fairly flexible on timing but would like it done within the next 4 weeks. Location is just a few minutes from the St Lukes off-ramp.
