Tidy up plastering and sanding

Hi Everyone, We are getting ready to repaint a 3 bedroom apartment. We are looking for someone to patch and sand existing walls. All of the walls are in fair condition. There are around 10 - 15 small patches required. With the exception of the 4sqm bathroom roof that is in poor condition and needs sanding then patching and resending. Everything else is just a general sand. We are looking to get this done this week if possible
