Repair and paint exterior plaster

A very strong build Plaster property with 100% water tightness. There are some minor cracks on the surface of the exterior cladding only where the balcony joins the weight bearing frame of the property. There are some further gaps underneath the balcony decking where the balcony joins the house. The cracks (around 2 or 3) need to be plastered painted, the gaps where the deck meets the property to be sealed with silicon. This is not a time consuming job, only weather permitting. We will consider reasonable quotes.
