Plastering of hallway and one bedroom

We have a hallway and one bedroom where the walls only needs plastering. We have removed all the wallpaper. Our hallway is shaped like a L - one way we have three bedrooms off the hallway, a large window (inside) and an alcove at the top of the stairs. The other way we have the alcove where the back door is and then a laundry, bathroom and linen cupboard down the hallway to the master bedroom. We are also thinking of having down lights put in our other three bedrooms, so this would entail plastering up the hole in the middle of the bedroom. We have another old heat transfer vent in the old master bedroom ceiling that needs to be gibbed and plastered as well as it is no longer used. The bedroom is approx 2.84 metres squared and the hallway each way is approximately 6 metres squared in total each way. We have posted some photos to give an idea of the work to be done. We would appreciate the work to be done during May or June.
