Double bedroom needs a facelift

We have just stripped wallpaper (completed since photos taken) and had two walls fitted with insulmax through the plaster board. All walls now need plastering to bring to a paint finish standard. We will be sealing walls before you start. Dimensions roughly 3.5 x 3.5m with standard stud height. Images attached. Ready to go from now on - room will be empty and carpet covered.
