Small exterior plastering job, over concrete

We have just had some concrete work done and we want to have the vertical faces of a small concrete wall and two steps plastered, just to tidy them up. They will just need some adhesive and one coat of hard plaster, I think. The photos show the bits we want to plaster and their dimensions. Doesn't need a fancy finish, just something that is uniform. Ideally the job will be done in the week beginning Jan 23 - can't be done any sooner than that, although you can come to take a look at it next week if you like.
