I requested to re-plaster 6 spots. But he ended up putting plaster on 30+ spots. Initially I agreed to pay an extra 50% fee on top of the original quote to compensate for his additional hours, but only later found that the paint job (for covering up the plasters, to another vendor) costs more than double the plaster job itself. So he offered (on 5Jan) to refund the extra 50% fee which I thought was fair. However , today is 15Feb I still haven’t received the refund after many reminders.

"If I recall I waited 3 hours before you replied back to me the day of the job which was the total hours If I recall. The materials alone cost half the job and I was giving you a fair rate. I agreed to give you half back on the guarantee that you did a review I have waited since Jan 5 for it and this is what I get. You constantly bombarded me even when I was in hospital and the time I spent there including materials means I paid you to do that job. Treat people better"
