GIB plastering around installed skylight

Had a skylight installed almost 2 years ago never got around to plastering the gib that surrounds it, Looking for someone to do the plastering / finishing on it . possibly the painting too if interested. Def want the plasterer to have the vacuum sander to minimise dust in the house, Ceiling height is 2.3m the area needing work is about 1m square and up into the ceiling cavity about 1m
