Stucco Wall Plastering

We want the rough Stucco to be smoothed out to match the existing smooth plaster surround - only one side not street side as well. We need the wall either side of the pool done urgently, so we can plant large trees which are on site Not sure if pool needs to be empty to plaster above pool? Size of wall is 4 x 5 metres & 1 x of 4 metres so total length 24 metres approx The height of wall steps down from 2.4 m at highest to 1.7 m at lowest
