Tidy up an old concrete plaster wall above the garage door.

Our home was built in 1986. The exterior walls were plastered concrete. All walls are still near perfect, however the concrete plastered wall above the garage needs to be tidied up, I assume by skimming over. Originally plastered in 1986 when the house was first built and over the years the concrete seems to have developed on this wall only, a few ridges.
