Interior Plastering

I require a plasterer to skim plaster my existing internal walls (3 bedroom house). I have removed the existing layers of wall paper to find old fashioned hardboard as the base interior wall product. Given the ages and the process of removing the wall paper, a skim plaster is required for a clean finish. I would be grateful if you could provide details of the following: 1. hourly rate 2. availability 3. estimated time It would be preferable to receive a fixed quote in due course.
