Concrete plastering

We have a concrete plastering job to be done. An old basement where there has historically been water penetration coming through the 1960's concrete . Water penetration has been stopped with barrier coating to the external face/ topside of the ceiling. The basement ceiling will be the biggest part of the job. We will need it to be paint ready.
