Plaster Repair (HardieTex or similar)

Recently purchased a rental, with Hardietex Cladding, Most of this is sound given known issues with houses build around 2002. There is a section (Approx 2 sheets) that have been replaced but the plaster job is terrible with no texture finish. The installation of the sheets looks ok . I think the job is to fix the plaster on the replaced sheets, but could be to replace and replaster the joints. See photos 1 to 3 of the replace sheets. Photo 4 looks like someone cut into a sheet to do something to a shower mixer through the wall. (shower being replaced and structure is ok. the Joints need to tidied and textured.
