Wallpaper stripping, plaster skim and paint

Size: 3 bedroom cottage, 110sq/m. We are pulling out the pinex panel ceiling and replacing it with gib. Fixing of new gib and square stopping is required and posted as a separate job. In addition, we are looking for wallpaper stripping of most walls, skim plastering and interior painting. We would like the work to fall between settlement and occupying - expected to be late May/June however we have access anytime to facilitate quoting etc
