Exterior Wall Plastering

I'm looking to have my outdoor wall rendered/plastered. The surface is 9mm Hardies Villaboard/cement board that's been fixed solidly to the back surface, undercoated to seal it, and all gaps filled. Dimensions: Length 18.5m Vertical face 800mm high Top 16.5m long x 260mm deep I plan to have the top surface tiled with 600mm wide x 40mm high bullnose tiles (supplied by me). If you also offer tiling and grouting services for this then let me know. I'm not sure if that means the top surface needs to be plastered as well as the vertical face. Please advise.
