Plastering house exterior around balcony, Avondale

We have a small (4.2m by 1.1m) second-storey balcony that will be rebuilt by early February 2022. Pics are pre-renovation. After the builder has done his thing, we need a plasterer to patch up around that part so that our painter can paint! Scaffolding will be in place already (from the builder). Plaster-clad house with stucco texture. I'm told a spray gun to spray the plaster texture on is preferable.
