We have a room with the top layer of wallpaper removed. There is a sub-layer of wallpaper but it is not removable in most areas (attempting to remove results in damage to the underlying gib). This quote is to apply pigmented sealer to the wall and add a skim coat on top to level 5 finish. Room is ~25m2
