Skimming walls in toilet and wall in bedroom

We would like the walls in a small toilet room skimmed and tied in to the architrave around the doorway. Also wanting one wall in the master bedroom skimmed. These walls currently have painted textured wallpaper which we can try and remove prior if required. We are looking to get this done soon if possible. If pricing is reasonable, there are other walls we could look to skim coat as well but those are the minimum we actually need. Thanks
